Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig LLP – a nationally recognized, AV-rated civil litigation firm – is seeking a talented attorney to join our Chicago office in our First-Party Property Insurance Coverage practice group. This dynamic team handles complex first-party property matters at all stages, including pre-suit coverage analysis and litigation.
We offer a competitive compensation package and robust benefits. Base salary plus non-discretionary bonuses available up to $36k per year.
Butler offers a flexible hybrid schedule, combining remote and in-office work.

Ideal candidates will possess:

- Experience in insurance coverage disputes preferred, including but not limited to, policy analysis, coverage opinions, drafting of pleadings and motions, depositions, mediations
