We’re looking for an Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to support our commercial and personal lines clients.
What You’ll Do
- Answer client questions via phone, email, and chat professionally and promptly
- Process policy changes, certificates, endorsements, billing, and claims follow-ups
- Support producers with quoting, renewals, and client communications
- Use our CRM (GoHighLevel) to track tasks, activities, and documents
- Communicate with insurance carriers to resolve service issues
- Ensure accurate records and maintain compliance with procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
- 1–3 years of insurance CSR or account manager experience (Preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Tech-savvy with CRM and Microsoft Office (GoHighLevel is a plus)
- Self-motivated and able to manage time independently
What We Offer
- Pay: $33,000–$55,000 per year
