We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee sales operations within a designated region. Duties
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the territory.
- Manage relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for new business.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and support to sales representatives in the field.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and follow up on potential clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including HIPAA when relevant.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report on progress and challenges.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or insurance sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with benefits administration and retail sales processes is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market data and drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
