Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee our sales operations within a designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the effective execution of our business strategies. Duties
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals within the territory.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including reporting and forecasting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business initiatives.
- Provide training and support to retail partners regarding product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including HIPAA where applicable.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or territory management, preferably in the insurance or retail sectors.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage clients.

- Familiarity with benefits administration processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of insurance sales practices is preferred but not mandatory.
