Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and promote products.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and awareness in the territory.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Train and support retail sales staff on product knowledge and effective selling techniques.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in insurance sales, retail sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients.
- Previous experience in benefits administration is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction.
