Intermediate Data Analyst

(This position is onsite in Indianapolis, Indiana)

This role focuses on developing innovative analytic solutions to address complex challenges in pediatric surgical quality and safety. The analyst will generate actionable insights that guide clients toward measurable performance improvements across the customer life cycle. Success in this position requires proficiency in analytics tools, SQL, and data cleansing, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assesses the information capabilities of assigned areas to address gaps and provides data analysis training. 
• Serves as a resource person to all levels of management in reviewing, understanding, and analyzing data for performance improvement initiatives.

STRONGLY PREFERRED:

• SQL experience
• PowerBI experience

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Clinical and/or healthcare experience preferred.
• Requires knowledge of computer applications such as MS Excel, MS Access.
