We’re currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to support our growing operations.
Position Summary:
As an Inventory Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our service team always has the parts and tools needed to get the job done right. You will be responsible for tracking inventory, organizing stock, and assisting with parts ordering and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts and supplies
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
Organize stock in a clean and logical manner for easy access
Assist with preparing parts and tools for service calls
Maintain accurate inventory records in digital systems
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed
Support technicians by retrieving or delivering parts when necessary
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous inventory or warehouse experience preferred
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if deliveries are required)
Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Pay: $21.37 - $25.14 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
