Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to join our dispensary team. This critical role ensures the smooth and accurate delivery, intake, and system entry of new cannabis products. The Inventory Assistant plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory records, preventing product shortages, and keeping our online menu updated across platforms like Metrc and Dutchie.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify product deliveries against manifests for accuracy
- Ensure product IDs and quantities are correctly logged in Metrc
- Update and maintain the online menu daily
- Upload inventory to Dutchie, the POS system, and other platforms
- Track accessory sales and prepare weekly marketing reports
- Address delivery discrepancies and communicate with the purchasing department
- Maintain detailed inventory and invoice records
- Assist in compliance and product documentation procedures
- Collaborate closely with the management and inventory team to maintain accurate, timely stock levels
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Metrc, Dutchie, and cannabis compliance systems preferred
- Previous inventory or dispensary experience is a plus
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
