Investment Support - Cashiering

Investment Support - Cashiering New York, NY 10018 Team member that supports the broker dealer and investment advisory program with the cashiering and settlement functions. Deposits checks and Securities. Processes money movements.

Hourly Pay Range: $21.03 - $22.24 - $23.55

• Responsible for daily processing of all cashiering and cage operations.
• Processes check deposits and disbursements, physical security deposits, fed funds wires, internal and external cash and securities movements.
• Supports the investment advisors with cashiering related matters.
• Processes margin calls, extensions, sellouts, etc.
• Monitors various risk and activity reports and take appropriate action.
• Reconciles daily settlement accounts.

• Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
• Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
• Minimum experience required: 2+ Years relevant experience

• Education level preferred: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)
• Series 7 and 63 preferred

• Accurately deposit funds and transact money movements
