Role: Contract IT Administrator (Very Urgent Requirement)
Proactive, detail-oriented IT Administrator to join our fast-paced tech team. You'll manage IT infrastructure, user onboarding/offboarding, cloud services, security, vendor tools, and DevOps support—working cross-functionally with Engineering, HR, and Finance. Scripting and automation skills are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding across tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack).
- Coordinate with HR for device provisioning and call scheduling.
- Administer GCP, Datadog, domain/DNS settings, and SSL/security via Cloudflare.
- Enforce IT security protocols and maintain access hygiene across systems.
- Support and manage SaaS platforms (e.g., Notion, Zoom, Figma, GitHub).
- Handle IT billing, vendor audits, and cost tracking (e.g., GCP, RingCentral).
- Maintain compliance, troubleshoot sync/license issues, and write automation scripts.
- Support projects (e.g., SMS infra via RingCentral, bot detection, system tests).

- east coast NYC hours (or overlap) to work with the team
