Summary
We are seeking a Jewelry Associate to join our dynamic team at Fast Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs. In this role, you will assist customers with their jewelry needs while providing exceptional service that reflects our brand's commitment to quality. This position is crucial for enhancing customer experiences and driving sales.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting jewelry and provide product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash responsibly.
- Maintain inventory levels by stocking merchandise and organizing displays effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and promote store initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional service.
