Activities
- Provide support for business-oriented system process issues within JDEdwards EnterpriseOne ERP and Web systems, and offer training/assistance to ITBPs (IT Business Partners).
- Address ITBPs' needs, prioritizing business requirements.
- Perform problem analysis in the database.
- Map and identify improvements with ITBPs, aligning with business area needs and optimizing their processes.
- Prepare and update process documentation and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Perform Infrastructure tasks such as configuring computers and printers.
Responsibilities
- Follow IT governance processes.
- Execute queries for problem identification and analysis.
- Make changes to source code.
- Maintain updated follow-up on all tasks under their responsibility, always meeting stipulated deadlines.
- Support internal clients to ensure operations are not compromised.
- Keep all technical documentation for the department organized, meeting information needs and facilitating communication and consultation processes.
