Job Summary:
We’re seeking hardworking, reliable, and physically capable Crew Members to join our junk removal and demolition team. In this role, you’ll work on-site with residential and commercial clients to remove unwanted items, perform light demolition tasks, and ensure safe and responsible disposal of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks with junk, debris, and demolition materials
- Safely remove furniture, appliances, construction debris, yard waste, and other materials from client sites
- Assist with interior and exterior demolition (e.g., sheds, drywall, flooring, cabinets)
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance and uphold excellent customer service
- Sort, recycle, and properly dispose of materials in accordance with company and local regulations
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and company vehicles (if authorized)
- Perform daily truck inspections and help maintain equipment
- Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and safely
- Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in junk removal, moving, general labor, or demolition is a plus, but not required
- Physically fit and able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must have reliable transportation & valid driver’s license with clean driving record (if driving company vehicles)
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
