We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cannabis Extraction Technician with hands-on experience in solventless extraction processes, particularly fresh frozen flower handling, ice water hash production, and live rosin pressing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the physical and chemical properties of cannabis and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and product quality throughout the extraction process.
Essential Functions
● Uphold company standards and professionalism.
● Handle and process fresh frozen cannabis flower for solventless extraction.
● Operate and maintain ice water hash washing equipment.
● Perform hash separation, collection, drying, and curing techniques to preserve terpene integrity and maximize yield.
● Operate rosin presses to produce premium live rosin, adjusting time, temperature, and pressure parameters as needed.
● Monitor extraction conditions and environmental variables (humidity, temperature, cleanliness) to ensure product consistency.
● Maintain accurate batch records, weight tracking, and inventory logs in compliance with local and state regulations.
● Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment, tools, and workspaces.
● Troubleshoot equipment and process issues in real-time to minimize downtime.
● Follow strict SOPs and AZDHS compliance regulations.
● All other job duties as assigned.
