Job Description:
Colleague is actively seeking a Landscape Account Manager to join a residential landscaping company in the North Richland Hills, TX area. The ideal candidate will support premium outdoor maintenance services focused on exceeding homeowner expectations. This full-time, direct hire role is perfect for someone who excels in client engagement, coordinating field operations, and delivering personalized, high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of key residential accounts, acting as the main point of contact for clients
- ·Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with homeowners, HOA boards, and community managers
- Perform routine property inspections to verify service quality and identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct client meetings to set clear expectations and address any concerns proactively
- Work closely with field supervisors and crews to guarantee seamless service delivery and compliance with company standards
- Develop and present proposals for seasonal maintenance, landscape enhancements, and irrigation projects.
- Manage budgeting, job costing, labor allocation, and scheduling for all assigned accounts.
- Provide guidance and support to junior Account Managers to maintain consistency in service delivery.
- Track client satisfaction and retention rates, driving efforts to grow and renew accounts.
Education and Experience:
- Strong leadership qualities with a focus on managing client relationships effectively
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of residential landscape care, seasonal maintenance, and plant health management
- Ability to handle multiple demanding accounts efficiently
- Skilled in creating proposals, tracking budgets, and utilizing CRM software
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to perform well under pressure
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is an advantage
Education and experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in landscape account management, preferably in residential or HOA settings
- Experience leading teams, managing budgets, and driving client retention
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, landscape management, or business is preferred)
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and enhancement services
- Valid driver’s license required
