Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team. This role is essential in overseeing landscaping projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and leading a crew to achieve project goals efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in landscaping and construction, with the ability to manage tasks while providing guidance and support to crew members.
Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of landscapers in various landscaping projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively for tasks such as planting, trimming, and maintaining landscapes.
- Read blueprints and project plans to understand design specifications and implement them accurately.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and address any concerns.
Qualifications
- Experience in landscape construction including planting and hardscape installation.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
