Position: Hardscape Crew Leader (Foreman)

Summary:
The Hardscape Foreman at Wenke Landscaping is responsible for overseeing all on-site aspects of landscape construction and maintenance projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.
Job Duties Include:
- Managing the execution of hardscape projects.
- Overseeing safety, quality, and productivity on sites.
- Preparing jobsites and managing a crew of 3-5 employees.
- Operating a range of tools and equipment.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications.
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in the landscape/construction industry.
- Ability to operate required equipment safely.
- Time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license
Work Conditions:
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in various conditions.
- Flexible working hours, including occasional weekend work.
Location: In person
Pay: $23 - $29.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
