We are looking for a Late Summer or Early Fall Landscape & Maintenance Crew Member provides excellent customer service while installing and maintaining landscape features and grounds for customers in the Mankato Area.
Essential Duties:
Install landscape features.
Complete job work order paperwork turned in daily.
Deliver high quality maintenance service with 100% service completion.
Hit target production times. Continuous improvement.
Share best practices.
Evaluate each property for additional maintenance work needed and complete new work order as needed.
Complete daily DOT inspections.
Operate and maintain trucks, trailers, skid loaders, excavators, edgers, saws and tools and other common tools to install and maintain landscapes.
Trim trees, shrubs, perennial, and annual plants.
Apply fertilizer and pesticides per instructions
Conduct snow removal operations.
Observes safety practices and protocols.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Arrive on time ready to work. Bring lunch and water daily.
Follow dress code.
Accurately record time and activity notes in LMN Time and ensure crew time is accurate.
Other Duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications: 18 years of age. Valid Driver’s License. Hold or obtain commercial pesticide applicator license. Hold or obtain Health Card. Pre-Employment Drug Test. Background check.
