Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance, tree care, and groundskeeping, along with excellent supervisory skills. This role is essential for ensuring that our projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping crew to ensure quality workmanship.
- Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, irrigation installation and repair, and garden upkeep.
- Plan and execute landscape projects, including building new features such as patios, walkways, and garden beds.
- Train team members on proper horticultural practices, equipment use, and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
Experience
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, tree care, and groundskeeping.
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and their installation/maintenance.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred; ability to lead a team effectively.
- Familiarity with various landscaping tools and machinery.
- A passion for gardening and creating aesthetically pleasing outdoor environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
