As our next Operations Manager, you’ll take the lead in running day-to-day operations on the military base in Goose Creek. You will be ensuring safety and quality to managing equipment, training crews, and optimizing schedules. What You’ll Do
- Lead daily crew dispatch and coordinate job site readiness
- Promote a Culture of Safety — train, enforce, and reward safe practices
- Partner with the Branch Manager to manage budgets, crew efficiency, and routing
- Own equipment inventory, repairs, and allocation across job sites
- Onboard and coach field crews in landscaping best practices and company standards
- Ensure our high standard of quality is met across all projects
- Work closely with sales and account managers for smooth job startups
- Review branch performance to uncover opportunities for training, recruiting, and operational improvements
- Monitor labor hours, purchasing, scheduling, and margins in ASPIRE software
- Perform internal audits and uphold company standards in uniforms, fleet, and facilities

Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks in varied weather

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
