Summary
As a Landscaping and Groundskeeping Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through a variety of tasks, including lawn care, landscape maintenance, and decorative container maintenance. Reporting to the Grounds Supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in gardening and irrigation, along with your premium mechanical knowledge, to operate equipment effectively. Your relevant skills in horticulture and groundskeeping will ensure that our customer's spaces remain beautiful and functional. A valid driver's license is required for this role, as you will be traveling to different job sites to deliver exceptional service. As we transition seasons duties will change to include installation of holiday decor and exterior lighting.
Previous experience preferred but not required for this position.
Applicants must be able to:
- work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing very physical work.
- Able to lift and carry 25-75 pounds repeatedly
- Drive company owned vehicles
- Safely use ladders and working at height with bucket truck or lift.
- utilize various power tools and landscaping equipment
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Work well independently or on a team.
Previous experience is helpful, but we train for performance and then reward for excellence.
Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license and reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
