Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes and a strong understanding of lawn care practices. This role involves working outdoors and requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to ensure well-maintained properties.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Assist in hardscape projects, including the installation of patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Provide tree care services, including pruning and removal as needed.
- Conduct groundskeeping duties such as weeding, mulching, and planting flowers or shrubs.
- Operate snow plowing equipment during winter months to maintain safe access for clients.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspections and minor repairs.
- Communicate with clients regarding their lawn care needs and provide recommendations for improvements.
Experience
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with mechanical tools and equipment used in landscaping is a plus.
- Knowledge of proper techniques for mowing, tree care, and groundskeeping is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $120.00 - $140.00 per day
