Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Spray Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for lawn care and landscape maintenance, with experience in pest control and the operation of various power and hand tools. This role involves applying treatments to lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas to promote healthy growth and manage pests effectively. The Spray Technician will work closely with clients to ensure their landscaping needs are met while providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides according to established safety guidelines and regulations.
- Conduct thorough inspections of lawns and landscapes to identify pest issues or areas needing treatment.
- Operate Zspray and other machinery efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, performing routine checks and repairs as necessary.
- Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and completion of tasks.
- Provide recommendations to clients regarding lawn care practices and landscape improvements.
- Document services performed and maintain accurate records of treatments applied.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience in lawn care, pest control, or landscape maintenance is preferred.
- Familiarity with Zspray, hand tools, and other machinery is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
- Knowledge of agricultural practices related to lawn care is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
