Someone’s Son (SOS) is seeking a dedicated, full-time Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC II or III, LICDC, LSW, or LISW) to join our expanding Outpatient Program (IOP/OP) in West Price Hill.

We’re looking for a compassionate professional who thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment—working alongside case managers, peer supporters, CDCAs, RNs, LPNs, and administrative staff.

Ideal candidates will:

• Communicate openly and transparently
• Be well-versed in evidence-based treatment modalities
• Have experience with assessments, treatment planning, and referrals to community resources
• Bring passion and empathy to the recovery process

We are OMHAS and Ohio Medicaid certified, and currently pursuing national accreditation.

Requirements:
- Associate’s, Bachelor's or Master’s degree in human services or related field
- Valid chemical dependency counselor license in Ohio.
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10 coding system
- Experience in client care and crisis intervention
- Familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
