- Conduct LDAR (Leak Detection and Repair) surveys for EPA compliance (~200 surveys/quarter) and perform associated repairs
- Respond to fixed-wing and satellite emission detection alerts; troubleshoot and repair issues
- Monitor flare pilot status and perform flare system repairs twice daily
- Monitor tank pressures twice daily and address upset conditions
- Coordinate temporary chemical injection skids with vendors, including grounding equipment and conducting pre-startup safety reviews
- Oversee batch chemical treatments
- Use data trends to identify failures and conduct root cause failure analysis
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, automation, and operations to eliminate repeat failures
- Troubleshoot surface equipment, low-voltage (<50V) automation systems, and flare systems
- Perform hands-on repairs and use Cygnet/data systems for trending and diagnostics
