The team
You’ll join a high-performing technology team that is pioneering AI-driven solutions within a collaborative, innovative environment. The team thrives on building scalable, secure, and cloud-native applications to support cutting-edge initiatives in artificial intelligence and generative AI. With a strong focus on Responsible AI practices, the group emphasizes collaboration, technical excellence, and thought leadership to drive innovation across digital platforms. You’ll work alongside cloud engineers, developers, and solution architects, helping to transform business processes and deliver enterprise-level impact.
The role
As an AI Solution Architect, you will design and deliver advanced AI solutions leveraging AWS and other leading cloud technologies. This position is based in Richardson, TX, and requires you to be onsite every day. You’ll be responsible for architecting scalable AI applications, implementing generative AI models, and orchestrating LLM-driven agents in production environments. In this role, you’ll bring together expertise in application development, cloud platforms, and AI frameworks to build robust, secure, and innovative solutions. You will guide development teams, set architectural standards, and ensure compliance with Responsible AI practices. This is a hands-on position requiring deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving AI innovation at scale.
What you’ll bring

10–14 years of overall experience, with 3–4 years in AI and Generative AI.

Hands-on expertise in AWS Cloud services including AWS Bedrock, AI Services, and Responsible AI policies.

Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, and generative AI principles.

Proficiency with agentic AI frameworks/SDKs such as LangChain, LangGraph, AWS Strands, or similar.

Experience with runtimes like AWS AgentCore or Google Agentspace.

Strong application development skills: Python/Java backend, React/Angular frontend, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Knowledge of microservices architecture and secure/scalable API integrations.

Ability to lead development teams and deliver high-performance AI architectures.

Nice to have: AWS Sagemaker/ML experience and Banking/Financial Services domain knowledge.
