Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients, particularly those on the autism spectrum. The BCBA will work collaboratively with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Duties
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify behavioral issues and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies to enhance social skills, communication, and daily living skills.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavior management techniques.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients with disabilities.
- Participate in intake processes for new clients, ensuring comprehensive understanding of their needs.
- Stay updated on best practices in behavioral health and special education.
Skills
- Proficient in behavioral therapy techniques and methodologies.

Pay: $85,049.70 - $102,425.45 per year
