Summary :
The Lead Enterprise App Analyst, MyChart Mobile is responsible for supporting the digital strategy centered around the Children’s Health flagship mobile app that serves as a unified one-app experience for patients and families. This role lives on the Digital Product Team in the Information Services Department and works cross-functionality across the organization, partnering with clinical, privacy, marketing and technology stakeholders to establish meaningful patient portal adoption and utilization. The Lead Enterprise App Analyst has a keen focus on providing a best-in-class patient portal experience across multiple digital channels, with an emphasis on Epic MyChart as the foundational component of the Children’s Health Mobile App.
This is a full-time position working remotely Monday through Friday – must reside in the state of Texas.
Responsibilities :
Lead multi-disciplinary MyChart Work Group, evaluating new Epic MyChart feature functionalities, and identifying digital experience enhancements to improve MyChart adoption and utilization
Coordinate and monitor the governance of new and existing MyChart self-service features offered through ongoing Epic upgrades
Ensure MyChart feature parity within the Children’s Health Mobile App by researching and evaluating feature functionality via Epic User Web (i.e., Galaxy documentation, Epic Nova Notes, Epic Forums, etc.)
Support multiple enterprise-wide patient portal projects as the Digital Product stakeholder, including scaling pilot programs to enterprise adoption
Participate in the evaluation, testing and validation of MyChart patient portal features across multiple digital channels, including the Children’s Health Mobile App, the Epic branded MyChart Mobile App, MyChart Desktop Web, etc.
Utilize existing analytics and reporting for portal feature usage, focusing on data-driven decision making for ongoing patient portal enhancements and optimizations
Gather feedback from patient families, internal stakeholders and consumer resources to drive digital enhancements across the patient journey experience
Collaborate with multiple functional areas across the organization to gather patient portal requirements, improve processes and influence operational readiness
How You’ll Be Successful:
WORK EXPERIENCE
Required: 6 years product, program or enterprise-level project management
Required: 6 years digital strategy, e-commerce or patient portal experience
Preferred: MyChart Certified
Preferred: Experience with Epic MyChart Code Module “SDK” and Epic Web Services
Preferred: Displays technical familiarity needed to understand backend systems and technical architecture
EDUCATION
Four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Enterprise App Analysts supporting software must demonstrate competency in software used in their role. All training and testing applicable to the role must be successfully completed and passed within 90 days of employment.
