Piper Companies is hiring a Lead Product Manager – Credit Cards to support a top-tier credit union headquartered in McLean, VA. This role will be instrumental in shaping the credit card product strategy and enhancing the digital member experience.
Responsibilities of the Lead Product Manager - Credit Cards:
- Spearhead the strategic direction of the credit card portfolio, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Design and implement product strategies that deliver strong financial performance and meaningful value to members.
- Track and analyze key financial indicators such as revenue, expenses, and net interest margin, making data-driven decisions to meet business goals.
- Develop long-term product roadmaps that emphasize market competitiveness, innovation, and member satisfaction.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for product enhancements, new offerings, and digital experience improvements aligned with evolving consumer expectations.
- Partner with marketing teams to create and execute targeted campaigns aimed at acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Qualifications of the Lead Product Manager - Credit Cards:
- 8+ years of experience in product management, strategy, and P&L ownership, with a focus on consumer lending.
- Proven success in driving product growth through pricing strategies, marketing initiatives, and product innovation.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Experience leading digital transformation efforts and enhancing customer experiences across digital platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Compensation for the Lead Product Manager - Credit Cards include:
- Salary: $140,000 - $160,000
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
