Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced tax-oriented CPA to join our dynamic, innovative and growing team. If you are interested in the use of technology and rapidly growing the company (we added 60 clients in the last twelve months), this may be the role for you. This position will be considered for Partner after 1 year of successful practice and the accomplishment of certain milestones. Partnership involves equity. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization in our tax division and when ready, will lead a separate P&L for the tax division.
Experience in estate tax work a major plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance to our team and clients on tax law and regulations nationwide.
- Conduct tax research in those states where our clients reside.
- Work with the Partners to create technology solutions that improve efficiency, volume and accuracy. We use ProConnect for our tax prepartion and the majority of our customers are on QuickBooks.
- Grow the tax division of Ratio Accounting into a highly profitable part of the company.
- Develop year-round tax activities that benefit planning and communication with clients.
- Complete all necessary tax filing for clients.
- Maintain a strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and accounting developments.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
