Lead Technician

As a professional pressure washing technician you will be providing an exceptional customer experience and quality service.
What You’ll Work On:
- Run daily operations: Lead daily operations of a wash truck performing all exterior cleaning services while leading your crew and basic equipment maintenance
- High-Touch Customer Experience: Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout the service process, providing a premium customer experience.
- Maintain Quality Control: uphold strict quality control and safety standards

What You Bring With You:
- Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence
- Perform general labor and carry and lift up to 50lbs
- Monday-Friday work week during regular season, some weekends required, 40-50 hour work weeks common
- Pressure washing experience is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High School Diploma is required
- Driver's License (Required)
- Background check and drug test
