Sphirea Plus is seeking a driven and ambitious Leadership Development Trainee to join our team in Dallas, TX. This entry-level position is designed to cultivate strong leadership skills, business acumen, and operational excellence. You will work closely with senior management and various departments to gain firsthand experience in strategic planning, team development, and project execution.
Responsibilities
Assist with project coordination and business operations across departments
Participate in leadership training sessions and hands-on development workshops
Shadow team leaders and managers to understand company procedures and decision-making processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business initiatives and process improvement
Contribute to performance tracking, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
Support the execution of internal programs focused on growth and efficiency
Attend leadership meetings and provide insight or recommendations when applicable
