ADP is hiring a Learning Experience Instructional Designer with WalkMe Technical Expertise

 

In this role, you will focus primarily on building content using our digital adoption platform, WalkMe. You will create, test, deploy, maintain and translate WalkMe content that aligns to our strategy and stakeholder goals.

No two days are the same. You will do everything from needs assessments to design and troubleshoot. You will do this by working with subject matter experts to create content, establish WalkMe goals and ensure the training content is effectively designed to support our audiences. In addition, you will proactively analyze WalkMe data and make recommendations to enhance and drive the overall WalkMe strategy to increase adoption.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:


To thrive in the role, you have three-plus years of experience with WalkMe or Whatfix and have the technical expertise needed to excel in designing effective content and troubleshooting using this type of tool. You have broader exposure working independently to design and develop sound training in various modalities, and can manage simultaneous projects with deadlines. It would be best to be a continuous learner who focuses on personal development and business process improvement within design standards. The work you do will help our businesses support our clients who employ one to millions of employees.

You will need 1-3 years of experience in instructional development, adult learning theory, and hands-on experience building content in a digital adoption platform, preferably WalkMe or Whatfix

Other things that will set you apart:
• Experience using eLearning tools such as Captivate, Articulate 360, TechSmith Camtasia, TechSmith SnagIt, Audacity, and Vyond. Technical aptitude to quickly learn new development tools.
• Experience with Programming fundamentals: HTML, CSS or JavaScript, BBcode.
• Comfort with browser consoles, troubleshooting JQuery commands.
