Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining positive relationships with current and prospective residents. This role requires a blend of sales skills, administrative capabilities, and knowledge of property management to ensure a seamless leasing experience.

Duties

Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
Assist in the application process, including data entry and verification of applicant information.
Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and lease agreements.
Collaborate with property maintenance and facilities management teams to address tenant concerns.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues.
Stay informed about local laws, regulations, and housing programs such as Section 8 and LIHTC.
Support marketing efforts by promoting the property through various channels.

Requirements

Previous experience in property management or leasing is preferred.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
Knowledge of property maintenance practices and facilities management is a plus.
Familiarity with relevant laws related to leasing and tenant rights.
Excellent customer relationship management skills to foster positive interactions with residents.
Sales experience is advantageous for effectively promoting available units.
Knowledge of Entrata.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
