Overview
We are now hiring for new motivated Life Insurance Associates! No experience required, will train and must be willing to invest $200 in state license training course. As an associate, you will get your state license and will be trained to serve the community, teach financial literacy, and protect legacies. .
Responsibilities
- Recruit and train new life insurance agents
- Educate clients on life insurance and financial planning solutions
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract agents and clients
- Attend ongoing training sessions and leadership development meetings
- Utilize social media and networking to expand your business

Requirements
- No prior life insurance experience required
- Must be willing to obtain a life insurance license
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for leadership
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism, courtesy, enthusiasm and high energy.
- Must be willing to learn a new skill and a new system.
- NOTE: Do not apply if you have a felony record. Must have a valid driver's license, be over 18+, and willing to invest $200 to obtain a professional license.
- Must be willing to attend an in-person interview either evenings/weekends.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
