We are looking for an experienced and motivated light and Medium Duty Truck Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of mechanical issues on medium-duty trucks, with a strong focus on 12-volt electrical systems and basic hydraulic systems. This role requires hands-on experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain light and medium-duty trucks.
- Troubleshoot and repair 12-volt electrical systems, including lighting, starters, alternators, batteries, wiring, and control modules.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on basic hydraulic systems.
- Read and interpret service manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical documents.
- Operate diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections and safety checks.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Ensure work is completed safely and complies with company and industry standards.
