Overview
Shah Law Group (SLG) is seeking a litigation associate (1+ years) to join its growing litigation team. Qualified candidates must have high-level research and writing skills, as the position will require preparing appellate briefs and dispositive motions. The ideal candidate will have an interest in shaping the law, as the Firm routinely takes on cutting-edge cases in the area of constitutional rights, catastrophic torts, and employment litigation. Candidates must have an interest in trying cases, including serving as second chair.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research utilizing Westlaw to support litigation cases.
- Draft legal documents and pleadings with strong writing skills.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide sound legal advice.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and effective representation.
- Manage case files and maintain organized documentation in the law office.t
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 per year
