If you have a valid Class D driver’s license, experience driving a 26’ straight truck, a safe driving record, and love to stay active, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
As part of the Delivery Team, you will deliver windows and doors and accessories to customers (i.e., residential homes, commercial properties, and industrial projects) in the greater Dallas, TX metro area in a damage free and safe manner; safely operates a 26’ straight truck; unload and place products using straps for a safe delivery; and act as the customer service liaison in the field by representing TDT in a professional and courteous manner. This full-time work schedule is typically Mon - Fri, 5:30 am - 2:00 pm.
Qualifications:
- Have a valid class D TX driver's license and a safe driving record
- Be at least 21 yrs old
- Pass a DOT physical and non-DOT drug test
- Perform heavy physical demands, lifting 50lbs. frequently
- Have demonstrated positive and professional customer facing experience
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience safely operating a 26’ straight truck (preferred)
- 6 months experience working in a warehouse or similar type of industry safely moving and lifting heavy products using dollies and/or straps (preferred)
- Experience reading bills of lading and other delivery paperwork (preferred)
