Estimated starting annual base salary is $20.04-$30.07/hour less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary, variable annual incentive, paid based on Company performance factors. The Logistics Assistant I is a member of the Fulfillment & Distribution team, responsible for administrative tasks related to
the processing of materials received and the shipping of finished goods. The Logistics Assistant I executes assigned tasks
daily and communicates with teams to ensure that orders are shipped and purchase orders are received timely and
accurately.
- Support internal and external customers and drivers, as needed.
- Record all inbound and outbound activities into AMAPS and/or SharePoint as needed.
- Maintain and ensure adherence to the daily shipping/receiving schedules and deadlines.
- Verify paperwork and maintain all inbound/outbound procedures.
- Execute assignments in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Ensure compliance with all requirements including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of professional clerical/administrative experience.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs):
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and practices.
- Strong communication, customer service, data entry, accuracy, written documentation, analytical, prioritization,
time-management, and organizational skills. - Adaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment; Manages competing demands; Changes approach or
method to best fit the situation; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. - Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time; Arrives at meetings and appointments on time. May

- Degree in business, administration, or related field.
- Prior warehouse experience.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish.
