ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The Loudspeaker Test Technician is responsible for performing and supporting quality assurance tests for both inbound and outbound products, including data interpretation, documentation, and reporting."
QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to work independently and take initiative. Must be a quick learner, able to multi-task and switch gears easily.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with passion for detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated competence to assess priorities and manage a variety of activities in a time-sensitive environment and to meet deadlines with attention to detail, accuracy and quality.
- Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member in fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Must be able to utilize basic hand and power tools; standard drills, screwdrivers, etc...
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Inbound QA Testing
- Component testing
- Perform test and interpret Klippel Graphs
- Record and report data
- Diagnosis and refurbish when applicable
- Outbound QA Testing
- Loudspeaker testing
- Perform test and interpret Klippel Graphs
- Record and report data
- Final inspection, audio and visual
- Packing
- Support QA team in the construction of new packaging
- Organize and assist with product palletization, movement, and documentation
