Position Summary
Statement Nail & Wax Lounge is looking for a warm, detail-oriented Receptionist to be the face of our salon. This key team member will greet guests, manage the front desk, and help ensure a smooth, stylish, and welcoming experience for every client who walks through our doors.
What You’ll Do
- Greet clients with professionalism and a smile
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointment bookings
- Check clients in and out, process payments, and handle gift cards
- Help keep the front desk area tidy, stocked, and organized
- Assist with confirming appointments and managing the daily schedule
- Support the salon team with light administrative and customer service tasks
- Promote services, retail products, and re-bookings
- Help create a calm and professional atmosphere for guests
Who You Are
- 1+ years salon or spa reception experience
- Friendly, polished, and great with people
- Organized and efficient under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with phones, email, and point-of-sale systems
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Previous receptionist, salon, or customer service experience is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
