Job Description
Provides nursing care to designated clients/consumers in their home under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Performs a variety of direct and indirect client/consumer care duties. May also provide nursing services to an institutional setting within the policies and procedures of that institution and the 3rd party payer sources. Enforces and maintains agency philosophy, policies and procedures. Coordinates with all clinical and clerical staff, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse under the laws of the state of Oklahoma. Experience in home health preferred, but not required.
- Must be flexible and able to adjust to frequently changing tasks.
- Must have current Drivers License
