We are looking for licensed LPNs in Fayetteville, Springdale and the surrounding NWA (Northwest Arkansas). We work with several facilities in the area to help provide staff when they have people quit or call in sick. For that reason, we have people that work for us in facilities on permanent schedules that have been there for years and other LPNs that bounce from facility to facility on their own schedule...and everything in between.
If you have another job and are wanting to work additional hours for extra money and want a PRN type schedule - we can help with that too.
Because we staff multiple locations, you can choose where you want to go and choose from the various shifts they have available.
We staff long term care facilities and also several large production facilities that do not have clients but need to have an LPN available at all times for minor first aid issues.

Summary
You will be employed by 1 of a Kind so you will receive all of the benefits we offer but you will be placed and working in a facility. If you decide that facility/location is not a good fit, we can keep you employed and move you to a different location.
Available Positions
- Part time 20-30 hours per week
- Full time 30-40 hours per week
- Weekdays (Monday through Friday prior to 5pm)
- Week nights 5pm to midnight Monday through Friday
- Weekends - flexible
- PRN - pick and choose whatever available shifts we have open at random days/times
Qualifications
- Current LPN license
- Able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
