- Full-Time & Part-Time
- Days Shift = 6am-2:30pm + every other weekend
- Evening Shift = 2pm-10:30pm + every other weekend
Wage Range: $26.74 - $31.59, we honor based on years of relevant experience
Job description:
As a LPN/Household Nurse at Samaritan Bethany, you will:
- Work in a fast paced environment with residents changing daily
- Assist residents with medications, treatments and care based on their resident-directed care plan
- Document services provided in electronic medical record
- Observe residents and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor
- Guides and directs work of Caregivers (CNAs) and Homemakers during assigned shift
Requirements:
- Must have a MN LPN License and be active & in good standing
