Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across various departments including Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Department (ED), and Infusion services, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular assessments, monitor vital signs, and document patient conditions accurately. Respond promptly to changes in patient status and implement appropriate interventions as needed.
- Safely administer medications, IV infusions, and other prescribed treatments in accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders, ensuring compliance with all safety standards.
- Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and create individualized care plans that align with the patient’s needs and medical goals.
- Graduate of an accredited school per applicable licensure
- Current license in the State of Iowa or meets criteria established by the applicable Board of licensure
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- BLS, PALS, ACLS, & TNCC – (preferred) and required per licensure after hire if not already certified
