Candidates must be comfortable working alone while maintaining professional communication within all platforms to ensure efficient and accurate reporting internally and externally to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a company-provided vehicle equipped with LPR camera technology and scanning software to locate vehicles flagged for repossession.
- Utilize smartphone applications and a laptop running Windows-based software to manage and track accounts assigned by clients.
- Navigate efficiently using Google Maps/Apple Maps, troubleshoot incorrect addresses, and adapt to road closures and construction zones. A good sense of direction is a must!
- Must be comfortable navigating the Denver Metro area, including Downtown. As well as traveling to locations like Fort Collins, Greeley and Colorado Springs.
- Maintain clear, professional communication through our internal server (Slack) with team members and dispatch.
- Capture and upload high-quality photos, screenshots, and reports to our internal database.
- Track and manage identified repossessions using Trello, ensuring accurate updates and organized workflow management.
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of company-provided equipment, including vehicles, cameras, and technology.
Qualifications:
- Must be 23 or older with a clean driving record (required for insurance eligibility).
- Strong proficiency in smartphone technology, GPS navigation, and Windows-based applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot common tech issues (e.g., incorrect addresses, app errors, GPS discrepancies).
- Professional written and verbal communication skills, including proper grammar, syntax, and punctuation.
- Experience using Trello (or similar task management software) for tracking assignments and progress is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
What We Offer:
- Company-provided vehicle, fuel, and insurance.
- In-Person Training.
- Laptop, mobile technology, and access to advanced scanning software.
- Competitive starting pay of $21.00 per hour, with performance-based raises.
