About the Role:
Join our team at the forefront of renewable energy! We're seeking an experienced Crane Operator certified to operate the Liebherr LTR 1220 for wind turbine installation and maintenance projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the LTR 1220 safely and efficiently on wind turbine erection and maintenance tasks
- Conduct daily inspections and routine maintenance of the crane
- Collaborate closely with lift directors, riggers, and site supervisors
- Adhere to all OSHA and site-specific safety protocols
- Travel to remote wind farm locations as needed
Requirements:
- Valid NCCCO Certification (TLL or equivalent with telescopic boom experience)
- Minimum 3–5 years of crane operating experience
- Proven experience with the Liebherr LTR 1220 strongly preferred
- Wind farm or renewable energy project experience a major plus
- Ability to work at heights and in variable weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid CDL and clean driving record (preferred)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $45.72 per hour
