Are you a savvy closer with a passion for luxury brands, networking, and high-level deals? We're seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team and lead the charge in acquiring sponsors and brand partners for our luxury experiences and high-end event platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Facilitate the buying, selling, or leasing of properties by guiding clients through the entire process.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends, pricing, and competition.
- Prepare and present property listings, marketing materials, and contracts to clients.
- Negotiate terms of agreements between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to real estate transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other professionals such as appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage lenders to facilitate transactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service; experience in real estate is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using technology tools for communication, documentation, and marketing purposes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $46,228.20 - $255,672.67 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 45 per week
