As the LVN Supervisor, you’ll be the frontline leader responsible for managing nursing operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring excellence in patient care. You’ll play a key role in staff development, quality improvement, and operational efficiency while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, ensuring team members deliver excellent patient-centered care.
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, staffing, and maintaining supplies.
- Lead nurse huddles and trainings, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and collaboration.
- Serve as the primary resource for nursing staff, providers, and students, offering guidance and conflict resolution.
- Oversee compliance with OSHA, infection control, safety standards, and MCHC protocols.
- Monitor quality improvement processes, including patient feedback, incident reporting, and regulatory recordkeeping.
- Act as a role model of MCHC values, Compassion, Integrity, and Service, while promoting teamwork and service excellence.

Requirements
- Active California LVN license
- Completion of an approved IV therapy course
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Knowledge of use, administration and effects of Narcotics and Medicines
- Knowledge of Basic Communicable Disease
- Knowledge of Infection Control Practices and Procedures
Other Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years' experience working as an LVN, in an outpatient setting
- 2 or more years' experience within an FQHC
- ACLS Certification
- Bilingual, English/Spanish, Fluent
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
