Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and detail-focused Machine Operator with 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining production machinery while ensuring product quality and a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machinery in accordance with production guidelines and safety regulations
- Monitor equipment performance and product output to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Conduct routine machine inspections and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and operational protocols
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience operating machines in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic mechanical knowledge and problem-solving abilities
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
